My name is Nellie and I have been a certified Reconnective Healing practicioner since 2016 when I finished my training with the founder of the technique – Eric Pearl. I was born and raised in Sweden and moved to Amsterdam in 2017, where I live together with my partner and our two children. I love helping people getting back to a more balanced state of being, and never cease to be amazed of what this energy method has to offer.

What is Reconnective Healing?

More and more people are starting to realize that it is not enough to only treat symptoms in order to return to optimal health and a fulfilling life. We have to go to the bottom of the root cause. Recent research shows that many health problems are a combination of physical, mental, and emotional imbalances caused by for example stress, wrong diet, emotional trauma and inflammation. When in a balanced state, our bodies have an amazing capacity to heal itself. Reconnective Healing is a way of returning to this balanced state, both on a mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual level.

What does a session look like?

During the session you will experience a new type of vibrational frequencies which will stay with you even after the session has ended. Every client experience these frequencies in a different way. Some experience it in a more gentle and subtle way, like a deep relaxation, peacefulness, feeling lighter than usual, or like an altered state of conciousness. Others experience the session more intensely with different involuntary movements, tingeling sensations, or feeling pressure, warmth or heavyness. Some people may not experience anything particular at all during the session but will notice a shift taking place, either psychologically or physically, after some time.
